Our vision here at Beautibe is to create long-term solutions for the staffing and flexibility challenges that are so apparent within the beauty industry.

The challenges on staff retention range from not having enough staff at the right time, sicknesses, holidays, emergency staff leaves, maternity leave - this list is not exhaustive. A further challenge is that when there is too many staff members on the books to accommodate for peak and off-peak periods, this can have a significant effect on labour costs. This can therefore result in extremely low productivity and loss of customers.

FROM NOW, you no longer need to rely on recruitment agencies for temporary staff to cover; which is currently managed via traditional beauty recruitment specialists.
